After working as a egg donor and surrogacy coordinator and using hynobirthing during her pregnancy, Bailey became interested in how she too could help women have a more positive motherhood experience. Now as a lisenced hypnotherapist and hynobirthing trainer, Bailey works with women in all phazes of their life to support them with mindfulness, feng shui education and birthing techinques.

Bailey Gaddis is the author of Feng Shui Mommy: Creating Balance and Harmony for Blissful Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Motherhood and a contributor to Working Mother, Pregnancy and Newborn, Disney’s Babble, the Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Redbook, and other publications, where she primarily writes on pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. Her work as a childbirth preparation educator (trained in HypnoBirthing), birth doula, hypnotherapist, and past egg donor and surrogacy coordinator has given Bailey the privilege of supporting thousands of woman who all experienced pregnancy and childbirth in unique ways, which allowed Bailey to develop a deep respect and knowledge of the fluidity of the journey into motherhood. In addition, Bailey volunteers for the Nan Tolbert Center’s Parent Care program where she offers in-home support for families of new babies who are in need of supplemental care. She also volunteers her hypnotherapy services at the cancer resource center Ojai Cares. Bailey lives every day in complete awe of the creation, birth, and nurturing of new life, and considers the mother-baby bond the pinnacle of magic – Bailey is reminded of this messy-wonderful magic daily as she mothers her son Hudson, age 3.
