On today’s episode, we are learning about Jen’s personal background, her journey towards motherhood, and what her top parenting tips are for developing a loving and respectful relationship with your children.

About Jen Lumanlan

Jen Lumanlan is the parent of an almost four-year-old who realized that she had no parenting intuition whatsoever but great research skills, and she decided to solve the problem with the former by getting a Master’s in Psychology focused on Child development, and later a Master’s in Education. Along the way she started a podcast called Your Parenting Mojo so she could share what she was learning with others – with over sixty episodes released, the show is a reference guide for parents of toddlers and preschoolers based on scientific research and the principles of respectful parenting.
