Can meditation help us stress less and accomplish more as mothers?

This question is something that today’s guest, Emily Fletcher has spent years of her life unpacking through her company Ziva Meditation and now in her new book Stress Less, Accomplish More. Emily’s main goal in life is to show others that things like meditation, mindfulness and manifesting can help to not only relieve stress and sleep better, but also to be more effective in parenting, work and life in general.

On today’s episode, Emily speaks about her own birth and postpartum experience, and walks us through how meditation works and how we can use it as mothers. She’ll also be breaking down the difference between mindfulness, meditation, and manifesting, and explaining why all three of these powerful tools are the key to a successful and fulfilled life.
