After discovering the benefits of meditation, Shona became one of the founding members of Headspace where she worked as the General Manager for many years. However, after becoming a mother, Shona decided to focus her attention on a new passion project – supporting people through personal coaching. Now Shona has cofounded Sphere, a company that provides personal coaching, in the palm of your hand.
