Expectful is a subscription based platform. The monthly subscription price is $9.99/month and a yearly subscription is $59.99. If you’d like to be a part of the Expectful community, but find it’s out of your price range, we’re here to help. To learn more about our Helping Hand program, click here.
For new subscribers, we offer a 7-day free trial. Once the trial has ended, your preferred subscription (monthly or yearly) will automatically continue unless you cancel or update your subscription preferences in advance.
To ensure uninterrupted service, all Expectful subscriptions are renewed automatically using the credit card on file. Billing continues on a monthly or yearly basis based on the selected option during signup until the subscription is canceled. Please note if you are subscribed directly through iTunes, your subscription may be processed within 48 hours before the last day of your trial. For more information please visit your iTunes account.
If you signed up for Expectful through Expectful.com, you’ll want to first login to your account here. Once logged in, please select “My Account” under the circle user icon in the top right hand corner and click “Unsubscribe.” If you signed up for Expectful through the iOS app, please see the steps of how to cancel below:
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage, Expectful
Please click on "Cancel Subscription"

iTunes iTunes has a separate system for billing and payment information, but if you reach out to their customer support they are happy to help.
  1. Visit https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=psp&SG=SG005
  2. Select iTunes Store then select "Subscriptions and Purchases" and click "Request A Refund".
  3. You'll be provided with several options for contacting Apple.
We also recommend confirming that your subscription is cancelled to avoid charges in the future. You can cancel your subscription following these steps.

  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.

Please click on "Cancel Subscription" If you would like a different subscription after you have canceled, feel free to email us at care@expectful.com for additional assistance. Google Play Anytime you make a payment through the Play Store, it’s handled through your Google Play account. Unfortunately we’re unable to refund your money directly, but the good news is that Google can help Follow the instructions on this page either on your computer or your Android device. We also recommend confirming that you subscription is cancelled to avoid charges in the future. You can cancel your subscription following these steps.
  1. Go to the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap the menu on the top left.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  5. Please click on "Cancel Subscription"

In the Expectful app, click on the top right icon for your account, then on the cogwheel for your settings. Click the option for “Journey Status” and select which trimester you are in and you will be able to input your due date.
We are sorry for your loss. Unfortunately we are unable to pause active subscriptions. We do having a Healing Library available for those who have experienced a loss, but if you choose to take some space for yourself, we understand and recommend that you . Find a posture where the body feels supported and relaxed. Try to avoid laying flat on your back in the third trimester. You can lay on your side, sit up right, or support yourself with a bolster or pillow.
