Absolutely, you can take probiotics while breastfeeding!

Studies show 1 that these beneficial bacteria, which are key players in promoting good gut health, don’t pose safety concerns for nursing mothers. Importantly, they’re rarely absorbed systemically in healthy individuals, so there's no strong evidence to suggest they might negatively impact pregnancy or breastfeeding outcomes.

However, as with any supplement, it's always wise to discuss this with your healthcare provider. But in general, probiotics are considered a safe add-on to the diet of most breastfeeding moms and can potentially contribute to overall well-being.
