Yes, you can take Dramamine while breastfeeding, but with a bit of caution attached. Small, occasional doses of Dramamine, or dimenhydrinate, aren’t expected to cause any negative effects in a breastfeeding infant. 

However, if you plan on taking larger doses or using it over a long period, it's a bit more complicated. These scenarios might cause some effects on your baby 1 or potentially decrease your milk supply. This could be more of an issue if you're combining it with a medication like pseudoephedrine or if you're in the early stages of breastfeeding before your milk supply is well established.

Interestingly, some women have found success taking a single dose of Dramamine at bedtime after the last feeding of the day. This approach could help reduce any potential effects on your baby.

However, it's always important to consult with your healthcare provider before taking any new medication while breastfeeding.
