How do we surrender ourselves to feelings of loss and grief in order to heal?

This question is something that today’s guest, Jessica Mougis, has been working through in her personal experience. Jessica who is the founder of Jem Yoga NYC has always felt a deep connection to babies and children. Which is why in 2017 she founded Jem Yoga NYC, where she now supports both children and their parents in moving and experiencing the benefits of yoga together.

On today’s episode, Jessica walks us through her decision to have a c-section with her first child, her experience through miscarriage and grief, and how both experiences have influenced her as she prepares to expect her next child in the coming months.
