What if motherhood inspired you to pursue your dreams, rather than put them on hold?

For today’s guest, Rae Broderick, who is a yoga and wellness guide, this was the unexpected case.

After giving birth to her son, Rae felt compelled to continue on with her passions, opening up a yoga studio in her home town while also navigating the ups and downs of new motherhood. Now over a year later, Rae decided to close her yoga studio so she could continue to evolve and follow her heart into this next chapter of her life.

On today’s episode Rae is sharing her personal story through motherhood, how she found her sense of self beyond being a mom and why she hopes every parent can be true to themselves as they move through their own, individual journeys.
