Grace Gallagher is a parenting and lifestyle writer whose work focuses on maternal mental health, fertility, pregnancy, and product roundups for busy parents.
Grace's bylines have appeared in Romper, Parents, Pregnancy & Newborn, InStyle, Shape, Health, Greatist, Better Homes & Gardens and more, and she’s also a regular contributor to the Hims and Hers blog, Savoir Faire. Whether she’s interviewing a throuple, finding out what it’s like to donate an embryo, diving deep on what lightning crotch really is (yes, it’s a thing), rounding up the best at-home fertility tests or or writing about pregnancy-safe beauty products, Grace brings up-to-date answers to health and wellness questions with the help of experts in a wide range of fields including medicine and mental health.
Grace earned an MFA in Poetry from Hunter College and a BA in English from Hobart William Smith College. Originally from the East Coast, she now lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, young son, and their dog. When she's not writing, you may find her reading, at a yoga class, taking tennis lessons, going on what she’s dubbed a “sanity walk” with the stroller and the dog, or working on a puzzle.
