Information on the consumption of herbal tea throughout pregnancy is mixed—if you were to ask Google this question, you’d likely find articles to support both sides. Since there are mixed findings and not a ton of research on the consumption of raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy, it’s sometimes easiest to err on the side of caution. For this reason, I usually recommend consuming herbal teas like raspberry leaf in moderation. In this case, that’s no more than two or three cups a day.
