Lyndsay Hall is a graduate of Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph. She also completed an accredited dietetic internship with Hamilton Health Sciences to become a Registered Dietitian (RD).
Lyndsay is licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, and she is an active member of Dietitians of Canada.
Lyndsay is passionate about nutrition. As a result, she communicates effectively with clients, as well as practitioners, from all walks of life. With much of her time spent treating patients with various gastrointestinal conditions at a clinical internship, Lyndsay gained significant knowledge and experience with the nutritional management of various bowel diseases, including Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
As a Registered Dietitian, Lyndsay offers highly personalized and client-centered nutrition counseling from an evidence-based perspective. She prides herself on being thorough and detail-oriented. At the same time, she has a realistic, down-to-earth, and supportive approach. As a result, her clients highly appreciate and value her counseling methods.
As an added bonus, Lyndsay has a solid knowledge base of various international foods, placing her in a prime position to help people from various cultural backgrounds adjust their eating habits.
