The safety of CBD during labor hasn’t been well-studied, so it’s best to avoid using it. While CBD oils and creams are often touted for their pain-relieving properties, there’s not enough research to confirm its safety and effectiveness during labor. It’s important to prioritize methods that are known to be safe for both you and your baby.

Instead of CBD, consider alternatives that have been proven safe and effective. Breathing exercises and guided imagery can help manage pain and promote relaxation during labor. Additionally, techniques like using a birthing ball or prenatal massage can provide relief without the uncertainties associated with CBD.
