In this nursing meditation, you are encouraged to cultivate time for mindful connection with your baby while nursing. In this practice, you will create space to simply be with your baby as you strengthen your bond with one another.
Breastfeeding can be an emotional experience, filled with highs and lows, comfort and pains. Remember to give yourself space to feel all these valid reactions, and to try and be as present as possible when you and your baby are connected in this special way. Also know that you are not alone in this and can seek help whenever you need it.
