How can we feel more calm and at ease during pregnancy?

This question is something that today’s guest, Dr. Adrienne Simone has been working towards for the last 25 years of her OBGYN practice. As the author of The New Rules of Pregnancy: What to Eat, Do, Think About, and Let Go Of While Your Body Is Making a Baby, Dr. Simone is on a mission to reduce the overwhelm of information that is available for women during pregnancy and help them instead, feel empowered and relaxed.

On today’s episode, Dr. Adrienne Simone walks us through her philosophy of maternal health, the changes she wishes to see in the world of pregnancy, and how rest and positive thoughts can impact a mother’s experience in birth and beyond.
