Are you pregnant?

I'm Anna

A new mom, writer, yoga teacher and Expectful's community guide.

After going through a rough patch in my pregnancy, I starting using Expectful's meditations and they transformed my life so much - that I joined the team shortly after giving birth to my daughter Annabell.

As Expectful Community guide, I've spent over year having intimate discussions with experts in pre and postnatal care, and hundreds of our subscribers about the ups and downs of this time in your life. From relationships, to body image to what it means to feel emotionally and physically supported, and I’ve learned a lot along the way.

Now, I'm bringing these these conversations directly to you so you have the tools to live your best life.
