Meditating first thing in the morning may make it easier for you to get into the habit and will allow you to reap the benefits all day long. Practicing meditation midday can help you reset before a busy afternoon and evening. Meditating before bed often facilitates a deeper, more restful sleep.
This is another personal choice. A quiet, comfortable space where you’re not likely to be interrupted is ideal. You can even meditate during your morning ride to work or on your lunch break. The course offers visual guides to the meditation postures that will keep you most comfortable and focused, but you can adapt these if you’re not in your usual spot.

If you’re anxiously awaiting the results of a prenatal test, our breath meditation will recover your equilibrium and keep you calm. Each meditation is also offered in 10-, 15-, and 20-minute listening times, so you can choose what works with your particular schedule.
