Social Media Manager

We are expanding our team and looking for a social media manager to join us as we enter a rapid growth phase.
The role is remote.
At Expectful, you will:
- Manage Expectful’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Grow social accounts user base utilizing growth hacking techniques and creative partnership opportunities
- Own and maintain Expectful’s social calendar, including giveaways, collaborations, takeovers, and IG TV / Live programming
- Curate and create content for daily Instagram posts, regular Instagram story features, and one weekly Facebook post
- Own and maintain Expectful’s social calendar, including giveaways, collaborations, takeovers, and IG TV / Live programming
- Maintain growth and healthy engagement while driving app downloads from social channels
- Nurture relationships with other brands, ambassadors, and influencers while ensuring all collaborations are on-brand and goal-oriented
- Interact daily with Expectful followers in comments and DMs
- Become an active contributor and collaborator with the Expectful team
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations on daily business needs
What we look for:
- Self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year experience in marketing, social media, or community management
- Experience with creative design tools, photo editing tools, and/or graphic design
- Flexible and organized; the flexibility to support change and organization to follow through
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication
