We’re propelled by decades of research that connect a parent’s mind with the health of their baby and are adding to the story by working with universities to study how meditation impacts pregnancy and parenthood.


We are searching for a passionate Customer Service and Administrative Lead to support our team and help us create a supportive space for parents. You will work closely with our Head of Operations to keep the company humming and assist the families we serve. This role requires skills in communication (written and verbal), analytics, and emotional intelligence.


The ideal candidate will be able to work from our office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn 2-3 days a week, but we are open to being flexible.


What Your Day Is Like:


  • Customer service inquiry management. Respond promptly to all inquiries which includes both email and social media channels.
  • Maintain email and CRM automation by building and monitoring email campaigns and keeping database updated.
  • Track all customer feedback to flag any trends to the team. This allows us to constantly improve the quality of our product.
  • Support content creation for the app, primarily in post-production coordination. 
  • Admin coordination including organization and maintenance of internal operational platforms (Google Drive, password management, Slack etc…).
  • Support team members with projects and launches through research and ad hoc tasks as needed. 
  • Organize and send payments to vendors. 


Best Candidates Will Have:


  • A high level of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Experience in CRM platforms, Google Drive, and Trello 
  • A drive to help and support people 
  • A meditation/ mindfulness practice
  • Parenting experience (TTC, biological, adopted, surrogacy, loss, etc) is a plus
