We are searching for a passionate Customer Service and Administrative Lead to support our team and help us create a supportive space for parents. You will work closely with our Head of Operations to keep the company humming and assist the families we serve. This role requires skills in communication (written and verbal), analytics, and emotional intelligence.
The ideal candidate will be able to work from our office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn 2-3 days a week, but we are open to being flexible.
